With this, a hosting company could offer a complete range
of support solutions (over phone, email and chat) to its customers
on a 24/7 basis. This gives our clients an undue advantage
over their competitors. You will be glad to know that many

How phone support is setup ?
ACT has signed up with a couple of VOIP phone
companies to offer phone service. We have a shared IPLC
setup to transfer voice with the best quality. One can
hardly make a difference between a call from US and
a call from India. On the US end, the Routers, VOIP
gateways, Call center manager and similar facilities
required for any call center have been set up while
at the Indian end, VOIP Phones have been setup with
the US numbers. We use Cisco technologies for Phones,
Routers and Gateways, thus ensuring that the setup has
all the needed features like Voicemail, Call Routing,
Call Waiting, Conference, Call Log, Selective Forwarding,
Advanced Call Routing based on Rules, Control Panel
to manage the phone numbers and many other features.
How it works ?
Once the VOIP Phone establishes connection
with the TFTP Server in the US end, it takes up the
configuration from the server and is ready for use.
Once you signup with us, we shall be assigning you a
US Phone number (eg: 972-XXX-XXXX) and the Customer
Support Representatives (CSR) to work for you. You can
either have your calls forwarded to this US number or
you can advertise this number as your support number
in your website. If any customer calls from this number,
the call will be routed by our phone company to the
VOIP Phone setup in our Indian Center and will be instantly
attended by your CSRs.

Future Enhancements
Very soon we are going to add more enhanced features like
IVR (Interactive Voice Response System) - This will help in diverting calls to the respective departments. Will be a must if you are a mid sized company with separate departments for Sales, Billing, Tech Support.
CTI (Computer Telephony Interfact) - This will help to popup the right information upon a incoming call. This way the CSR will be able to give the needed info to your customers.
Voice Logger - This will be a centralised recorder to record all calls coming in/out for all the numbers. For now, We have facility to record calls for a particular number.
Predictive Dialer - This will be useful for outbound sales. This will automatically dialout numbers from a database and forward the call to a CSR only if the call goes through.
